By: Dec. 08, 2011

Auburn University & University of Virginia are coming to Atlanta to play in the Chick-fil-A Bowl on New Year's Eve and the Downtown Countdown has made available a ticket for alumni & fans where they can come to the party after the bowl game. Dan Fiss, Assistant Food & Beverage Director at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, says "We are very excited about the two teams coming in town for the game because we know Auburn always travels well and Virginia has not been in the Chick-fil-A Bowl game since 1998". The discounted ticket is good for admission starting at 11PM and guests can enjoy the party until 2AM and still catch Ed Kowalczyk of LIVE & Naughty by Nature, the two main acts this year. Ticket purchasers can also enjoy the open bar along with a late night breakfast. Ticket price starts at $75 and will increase gradually as New Year's Eve night nears.

The focal point of the party is the Metromix Centennial Ballroom hosted by 92.9 Dave FM featuring one of rocks biggest acts with nine Top 10 hits, “Ed Kowalczyk of LIVE” as well as Grammy award winning hip-hop trio, “Naughty by Nature”.
