Photo Flash: Sneak Peek - Out of Box Doubles Down on Holiday Celebration

A Dickens' Christmas Carol pokes fun at the ubiquitous nature of the Charles Dickens classic during the holiday season, by following the Styckes-upon-Thump Repertory Company as they present the "Fifteenth Annual Farewell Tour of the Charles Dickens' Holiday Classic," and this merry troupe believes in the old adage "the show must go on," even if the show is falling down around their ears! Now under the direction of Daniel Carter Brown, last year's cast returns for the remount and reimagining of this showbiz holiday homage to one of the most performed Christmas stories.

Following the family-friendly Dickens comes the annual adults-only holiday sketch show Santa After Hours 2016: Double Secret Probation, written by a bunch of local playwrights - who are certainly on the naughty list - known collectively as "The Usual Gang of Idiots." They're back, now with 100% more Zip Rampy! Zip directs this madcap gang of comedians as they irreverently lampoon all the things you love and hate about the holidays. Santa After Hours returns each year with a completely new show written for the Out of Box space and stage, guaranteed to leave you feeling a little more Christmas cheer.

A Dickens' Christmas Carol runs December 2-18, 2016, Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays at 8:00 PM with Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3:00 PM.
