Works & Process, the performing arts series at the Guggenheim, presents Pacific Northwest Ballet: Jerome Robbins Centennial Celebration: Male Solos with Peter Boal on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 2 and 3, 2018 at 7:30pm.

Peter Boal, Artistic Director of Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) and former Principal Dancer of New York City Ballet, is joined by PNB principal dancers James Moore and Lucien Postlewaite, PNB corps member Dylan Wald and Christina Siemens, PNB principal company pianist, to illustrate and perform male solos by acclaimed choreographer Jerome Robbins on the occasion of Robbins's centennial. Excerpts from Dances at a Gathering and Opus 19/The Dreamer and a Boal reconstruction of a "lost" solo set to "A Farewell to Land" created for him by Robbins in 1987 and originally intended for Ives, Songs are performed, as well as an excerpt from George Balanchine's Prodigal Son, in which Boal was coached by Robbins.
