And a double Happy Birthday shout-out to Sutton Foster, who hits the big 4-0, and John Kander, who turns 88 today!

Foster last graced the Broadway stage in Violet. Before that, she starred in Anything Goes (which earned her a Tony and a Drama Desk Award in 2011), Shrek The Musical, Young Frankenstein, The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Thoroughly Modern Millie (her first Tony and Drama Desk in 2002), The Scarlet Pimpernel, Annie, Grease and Les Miserables. She is the star of TV Land's new series Younger, alongside Hilary Duff.

Three-time Tony-winning composer and lyricist John Kander's The Visit will soon be seen on Broadway, starring Chita Rivera. He is one half of the legendary Kander and Ebb songwriting team. Among his other works are Cabaret, The Scottsboro Boys, Come Fly Away, Curtains, Fosse, Steel Pier, Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Rink, Zorba, Woman of the Year, The Act, Chicago, Liza, 70, Girls, 70, The Happy Time, Flora, The Red Menace and A Family Affair. He also did the dance arrangements for Gypsy and Irma la Douce.
