Minimalist modernity blended with natural mineral inspiration takes the lead for Narciso Rodriguez for Spring/Summer 2015 collection during New York Fashion Week. This season's collection is inspired by water, rock and crystal. Graphic color-blocking accentuated the models' sharp angles. The show began with a loose-fitting monochrome slip dress that contained a hint of sparkle at the hip. Rodriguez's Spring collection was equally body loving.

About Narciso Rodriguez:

Narciso Rodriguez learned his trade at Cerruti, Donna, and Calvin, and then launched his own line in 1997. In 2005, he became the first American to win the CFDA Womenswear Designer of the Year award two years in a row. His sleek, ultramodern collections combine clean colors and strict lines with luxurious fabrics. His notion of femininity abandons frills and excess in favor of strappy, streamlined ease. Embraced by red-carpet staples and dress-to-impress socialites, the line excels at slinky eveningwear as well as daywear with a slightly mod vibe. In 2008, Rodriguez parted ways with backer Liz Claiborne and went the independent route.
