As BWW previously reported, UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT actor Tituss Burgess recently announced that he has his very own brand of pinot noir on the way called 'Pinot by Tituss.' Fans of the Netflix comedy no doubt remember the Broadway star's hilarious video 'Peeno Noir' from the first season of the show.

"I never enjoyed pinot noir or had it as much as I've had it in the last year," Tituss Burgess jokingly tells ETonline in an all-new interview. Orders of the new brand will start shipping on March 15th, one month before the premiere of 'Unbreakable's second season.

The actor also hinted that the wine may not be the only product on the horizon, sharing that he has another idea up his sleeve that "has something to do with an article of clothing that you always see me in."

In addition, Burgess spoke about plans to return to the Broadway stage in the near future, teasing, "I would be lying if I said that we were not trying to figure out something for next spring." However, he assures 'Kimmy' fans that he has no plans to abandon his over-the-top television alter-ego. "I will work for Tina Fey forever," he says. "I'm not one of those people to outgrow my initial blessings. I am well aware of my good fortune, and I only hope to diversify so I can do what I'm already doing for more people as opposed to being so large and so great that I no longer want to do the thing that got me here."

Burgess also praises composer Stephen Sondheim who gave him his personal approval to take on the role of 'The Witch' in a 2015 regional production of INTO THE WOODS. "The fact that I was even at all on his radar -- enough for him to entrust such an important show into my care and that he felt safe enough to say that Tituss would do right by the role -- that did less for 30-something-year-old Tituss and more for 14-year-old me," Burgess says of the famed composer. "It satisfied that part of me that had hoped maybe one day I would in some way, shape, form, or fashion, be associated with that man."

Burgess made his Broadway debut in the musical Good Vibrations as Eddie in 2005, and then appeared in Jersey Boys in 2005 as Hal Miller. He originated the role of Sebastian in the musical The Little Mermaid in 2007 and went on to the role of Nicely-Nicely Johnson in the revival of Guys and Dolls in 2009. Recently, Burgess played the Witch in Into the Woods in a 2015 production with Miami's DREAMCATCHER Theatre Company.

The new season of UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT premieres on April 15, 2016. Ellie Kemper stars as Kimmy Schmidt, a woman who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over in New York. After living in a cult for fifteen years, Kimmy decides to reclaim her life and start over in New York City. Armed with just a backpack, light-up sneakers, and a couple of way-past-due library books, she's ready to take on a world she didn't even think existed anymore. Wide-eyed but resilient, nothing is going to stand in her way.
