Cabaret stars KT Sullivan, Mark Nadler, Heather MacRae and Craig Rubano will pay tribute to the great composer in Something Wonderful! A Richard Rodgers Celebration in Song at Town Hall on Friday, June 3 at 8:00 pm.

The press release states that: "
If you love the music of Richard Rodgers (and who doesn't??) you'll be get more than your fill when four of NY's premier cabaret concert performers - who between them have won 10 Manhattan Association of Cabaret (MAC) Awards, 6 Backstage (BISTRO) Awards and a Nightlife Award – come together to celebrate the extraordinary catalog of one of the most influential, intriguing and beloved men in musical theater history.

These acclaimed powerhouse performers will offer a distinct, stylish and tuneful portrait of the most prolific of Broadway composers. The evening, which includes an astonishing forty Rodgers tunes covering the scope of his life and career, juxtaposes the favorite standards that Rodgers wrote with Lorenz Hart such as "Isn't It Romantic", "My Funny Valentine", "Lady Is A Tramp" and "Where or When" with those from the glorious Oscar Hammerstein II collaborations such as Oklahoma, Carousel, South Pacific, The King And I, and some melodies for which he wrote his own lyrics are given their due. The evening is peppered throughout with fascinating stories about the composer's life."

The Town Hall concert marks the New York debut of the musical celebration, although the four stars have toured around the country with the show for the past three years.

Tickets are $35 and $30, and are available through Ticketmaster, 212-307-4100 or Town Hall, 212-840-2824. Visit www.the-townhall-nyc.org for more information.
