A new contest is offering Spamalot fans (who are 18 and older) the opportunity to win a New York trip for two to see the madcap Monty Python show.

Those interested in entering the contest should create a one-minute-or-less "Video That Goes Like This." According to the contest website
, "In this video,...you must somehow find a way to include the Spamalot original cast recording CD/artwork and a can of Spam....Your video will be reviewed by our panel of judges. Six finalists will be selected and featured online at this same web site and the entire world will vote for their favorite! Will it be yours??" The submission deadline is September 15th, and videos are currently being accepted.

In addition, Sprint users can now get exclusive Spamalot music tones (actual clips of the songs) on their cell phones for the following songs off of the Spamalot original cast recording--"Always Look on the Bright Side of Life," "Brave Sir Robin," "Knights of the Round Table," "Monks Chant/Not Dead Yet," "Overture-Spamalot-Music."

Lovingly "ripped-off" from the internationally famous comedy team's Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot received the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical as well as Best Director for Mike Nichols and Best Featured Actress in a Musical for Sara Ramirez, it also won the Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle awards for Best Musical. The show's score is by Eric Idle and John Du Prez with a book by Idle, and in addition to Ramirez, it features Tim Curry, Hank Azaria, Christopher Sieber, Michael McGrath, Christian Borle and others as its loopy knights. Produced by Boyett Ostar Productions, Spamalot boasts choreography by Casey Nicholaw, set and costume design by Tim Hatley, lighting design by Hugh Vanstone and sound design by ACME Sound Partners.

Telling the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, and their quest for the Holy Grail, Monty Python's Spamalot features a chorus line of dancing divas and knights, flatulent Frenchmen, killer rabbits and one legless knight. The show, which opened at the Shubert Theatre on March 17th, has continued to play to sold-out houses and break box office records.
