'Saved By the Bell's' Dustin Diamond Joins THE AWESOME 80'S PROM, 5/21-6/26

The Awesome 80s Prom now in its 6th year at the famed club Webster Hall (125 East 11th Street), will welcome Dustin Diamond, best known as Screech from the hit TV series "Saved by the Bell," beginning May 21st, for six weeks only, through June 26th. Davenport has been busy revising the script and creating a special role for Diamond to play, the role of Dustin Diamond, himself.
Dustin Diamond is best known for starring in the memorable role of Samuel "Screech" Powers in the television show "Saved by the Bell," continuing the role in the college spin-off series, "Saved by theBell: The College Years." In addition to this show, he also appeared in a number of game shows and reality shows, including "The Weakest Link," "Celebrity Boxing 2," and "Professional Wrestling." He has also appeared in films including Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star. Dustin has also performed stand-up comedy for several years and wrote the book, Behind the Bell.

Come "Back in Time," and join the break-dance circle or just sit back and watch the '80s drama unfold. If you're lucky, you'll even get to dance with The Captain of the Football Team. And this time, you don't have a curfew!
