Ramirez was dressed as a woman on one half of his body, and a man on the other.  He proceeded to sing the song as two people- Mr. Ramirez and Mrs. Ramirez. Reggie Ramirez, 34, is a singer from Davao City, Philippines. He has quickly become an Internet sensation similar to Susan Boyle.  Speculation continues to flourish about Ramirez' gender.
