Broadway actress Christina Sajous, who appeared as Arachne in SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK and was in the original companies of AMERICAN IDIOT, BABY, IT'S YOU! and HOLLA IF YOU HEAR ME, has filed a law suit with actor Ethan Paulini against New York City cab driver Gregory Adolph for allegedly making racist and homophobic remarks as they rode in his cab the evening of September 11, 2014.

Sajous and Paulini have recently completed a Cape Code run of their critically acclaimed SAJOUS SO FAR.

As reported in the New York Daily News, the pair had hailed the cab at 13th Street and 7th Avenue, requesting a ride to Harlem. When the driver refused to take the West Side Highway, Sajous told him that he was required to take the customer's requested route.

The suit quotes Adolph as replying, "I don't have to do anything for a ni----."

When Paulini reacted, the driver replied, "Now the fa---- got something to say."

The paper reports that the pair decided to get out on Central Park West and 96th Street, handing the driver $20 for a $19.50 fare. The driver then called police to say they had skipped the fare and Sajous and Paulini were arrested while waiting for an uptown subway train. Charges against them were eventually dropped.
