Today, BroadwayWorld has the distinct privilege of premiering an exclusive world premiere clip from the Season Three finale of Liftime's hit original dramedy series DROP DEAD DIVA. Click below to check out Brooke Eliott as the titular lady in action and legal eagle in charge breaking down the classic Rosemary Clooney rouser "Mambo Italiano", penned by the theatre's own Bob Merrill (of FUNNY GIRL and CARNIVAL fame) - with some generous assistance from Thunder Down Under, no less - and bringing down the house with her big, bright Broadway belt. As is clear to see in this clip and in the rest of the musical numbers on the show, DROP DEAD DIVA delivers the goods for Broadway babies and perhaps that is because DROP DEAD DIVA boasts the same executive producers as CHICAGO, HAIRSPRAY and the forthcoming FOOTLOOSE remake, as well as a string of hit television musical theatre adaptations (such as ANNIE, THE MUSIC MAN, GYPSY, CINDERELLA and LIZA'S AT THE PALACE) - the esteemed Craig Zadan and Neil Meron - so, the production values are truly topmost and Zadan & Meron deserve a huge tip of the top hat for their continued excellence in bringing theatre-themed entertainment to an international audience time and time again.

Believe it or not, "Mambo Italiano" is actually the second exclusive world premiere that BroadwayWorld has hosted this year, with the first being the trio karaoke rendition of "Lean On Me" led by guest stars Faith Prince and Sharon Lawrence alongside leading lady Brooke Elliott. You can see that heartfelt and touching mother/daughter double-duet in full here!

Also, be sure to stay tuned to BroadwayWorld for an exclusive InDepth InterView with Brooke Elliott later this week, bringing the twelve-part BRIDGING TV & THEATRE series to a close for the season - coming after extensive conversations with Margaret Cho, Kate Levering, April Bowlby, Sharon Lawrence, Faith Prince, Jackson Hurst, Josh Stamberg and Ben Feldman. Remember, there is only one episode of DROP DEAD DIVA Season Three left - and it is airing this Sunday at 9 PM on Lifetime, as always! Don't miss all of our extensive and exclusive coverage of DROP DEAD DIVA, now and always, and absolutely make sure you catch this exciting musical number in its full glory and dramatic context on the show on Sunday and see how all the rest of the drama and comedy plays out as the season comes to its conclusion!
