Monica Blume, Alison Mahoney, and Catie Pires-Fernandes starred alongside guest stars Ellie Wyman and Joe Montoya.
The Randy Andys performed a sold-out evening at Don’t Tell Mama with their “Spring Swing” cabaret, reimagining pop icons and dance-floor anthems through a vintage lens. See photos!
Featuring crowd favorites like “Material Girl,” “Fantasy,” “Thriller,” “Woman,” and “Thank You for Being a Friend,” The Randy Andys–Monica Blume (Dear Evan Hansen), Alison Mahoney (The Food Network, Ragtime), and Catie Pires-Fernandes (Waitress)--thrilled audiences alongside the Matthew Everingham Duo with lush harmonies, sharp choreography, and their signature blend of glamour, comedy, and nostalgic flair.
The Randy Andys were joined by special guest star Ellie Wyman (SIX, Frozen) for spirited renditions of “Single Ladies” and “Juice,” then bringing the house down with a show-stopping performance of “I Will Survive.”
Adding even more excitement to the evening, guest star Joe Montoya (Our Own Odyssey) wowed audiences with standout performances of “Thriller,” “That’s What Makes You Beautiful,” and a moving rendition of “Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most.”
Podcast host and singer Jayson Kerr praised the performance on social media, saying: “It was packed at Don’t Tell Mama — you actually couldn’t get a seat because it was so packed. … Let’s talk about the arrangements. Matthew Everingham always puts his foot in these arrangements. … If you happen to see The Randy Andys around town, go ahead and buy a ticket to their concert. You probably won’t be able to get one for long, especially considering how packed it was last night. You won’t be disappointed!”
The creative team was led by Antoinette DiPietropolo (Director), Matthew Everingham (Music Supervisor), Gina Daugherty (Choreographer), with Lauren C. Taylor (Swing).
Spring Swing was conceived and produced by Alison Mahoney, with executive producer Gabrielle Ruiz, co-producer Jocelyn Lonquist Klein, and associate producer Luke Gilmore.
