On April 30, Billboard hosted the 2026 Women in Music event, with honorees that included KPop Demon Hunters (EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, and REI AMI), Laufey, and Zara Larsson, among others. Take a look at photos from the ceremony below.

Hosted by Keke Palmer, the star-studded evening celebrated artists, executives, and visionaries who are shaping the music industry and also featured performances and speeches from the honorees. 

Award highlights included KPop Demon Hunters (EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, and REI AMI), who were honored as the 2026 Women of the Year, presented by Ella Mai. They went on to perform their smash hit, the Academy Award and Grammy Award–winning “Golden." After performing her single “Silver Lining,” Laufey received the Innovator Award from presenter Brandi Carlile.

Other honorees include Ella Langley, Kehlani, Mariah the Scientist, Tate McRae, Teyana Taylor, who accepted the Visionary Award, Thalía, Zara Larsson, BINI, The Beaches, and Beth Matthews.

Billboard’s Woman of the Year Award has become one of the music industry’s highest honors. Previous artists named Woman of the Year include Doechii, SZA, Olivia Rodrigo, Cardi B, Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Madonna, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift.
