Today's photo flashback is a fashion flashback featuring the one and only Audrey Hepburn wearing a signature Givenchy look attending an after party for a museum exhibition celebrating her lifelong friend and frequent collaborator, Hubert de Givenchy.

The two became close friends when the famed designer dressed the actress in iconic films such as Sabrina, Roman Holiday, Charade and Breakfast at Tiffany's.
