Photo Flash: Take a Look at Star Performances at Marymount Manhattan College's Exclusive Fundraising Gala

BroadwayWorld brings you event photos and highlights from Marymount Manhattan College's (MMC) annual scholarship fundraising event, The President's Medal Dinner. The event took place at Guastavino's on Thursday, April 16 and was attended by over 250 supporters, raising an impressive $2 Million for student scholarships.

This year the gala honored MMC President, Judson R. Shaver, Ph.D., for fourteen years of distinguished service and included a star-studded lineup of performances, including:

• Breedlove Enwhysee: An American singer, songwriter, and performance personality most recently appearing as an opening act for Lady Gaga's Art Rave Ball
• Vivian Reed: Two time TONY nominee and multi award winner best known for her work on the Broadway stage
• Ta'Rea Campbell '01: The Lion King, Little Shop of Horrors, The Book of Mormon, Sister Act
• Ryan Kasprzak '03: Choreographer on Smash & So You Think You Can Dance, Billy Elliot; guest faculty at MMC.
• Madelyn Baillio '17: Current MMC Student and 2014 Michael Feinstein Songbook Academy Winner.

The night concluded with a special announcement from President Shaver, who revealed that in recognition of Judith & Russell Carson's long-standing commitment and extraordinary generosity to Marymount Manhattan, the College's Main building will be renamed "Carson Hall" in their honor this fall.
