Rosie O'Donnell, with a career spanning three decades, has enjoyed great success in theater, film, radio, and TV. The star's gratitude for her chance to live a rewarding life, coupled with her love for kids and the arts, inspired her to action. In 2003, Rosie and Lori Klinger launched the non-profit performing arts organization Rosie's Broadway Kids, now Rosie's Theater Kids (RTKids).
