Photo Flash: Phillip Boykin, Gary Mauer and Elizabeth Southard Perform at GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADWAY! in Morristown
This annual Bickford Guild fundraiser paid tribute to the last 100 years on the Great White Way with show-stopping selections from over 20 Broadway classics. Audiences enjoyed over twenty hits including "Maria," "You Are Love," "Bring Him Home," "Vanilla Ice Cream," "The Music of the Night," "My Man," "Memory" and more.
Phillip Boykin most-recently starred on Broadway opposite five-time Tony Award-winner Audra McDonald in The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess. Gary Mauer and Elizabeth Southard have starred on Broadway in The Phantom of the Opera and toured nationally in Show Boat and The Phantom of the Opera. They were joined by numerous national touring stars and regional favorites including Julie Waldman-Stiel (The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber), Gwendolyn F. Jones, Kristen Michelle, Daniel Vissers, Susan Speidel, Mark Montague and Jennifer Montague. Special Guest performers included David Murgittroyd, Rasha Jay and Tracey Turner Turano, who also provided musical staging. Peter Candela (Disney's The Lion King) served as Music Director.
GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADWAY! was written, directed and produced by Stephen Kantrowitz and Jodi Chekofsky, who returned to helm the Bickford Theatre Guild fundraiser for the fifth consecutive year.
