On June 7th at Circle in the Square Theatre six New York City public high school performing arts programs were given a rare opportunity to present and observe best works by peers from across the City on a Broadway stage. Each school's program and teaching approach was introduced by a teacher-liaison from the school. Scroll down for photos from the event!
Circle in the Square Theatre School's Director of Educational Outreach Jonathan Mann created and directs Teens on Broadway to provide access and to encourage the diverse mix of NYC public high school students the program serves to become the performers, behind the scenes workers and theatergoers who will make New York's theater scene continue and thrive in the coming decades.

Susan E. Wagner High School's streetwise dance and rapid fire delivery electrified the stage.
