Photo Flash: Broadway Dreams Hosts Weeklong Intensive with NYC Youth

Last week, Broadway Dreams hosted a star-studded musical theatre master class and summer intensive. The annual weeklong intensive welcomed aspiring young performers from throughout New York to embark on a rigorous week of Broadway-caliber training -focusing on acting, vocal performance and dance - learning from the brightest and best industry professionals.
Performers poured into NY-based RWS Studios daily in a 40,000-sq. ft. studio and office complex that houses large rehearsal studios, vocal rooms, wardrobe and casting departments along with an in-house design lab. The weeklong intensive brought recognizable faces such as Tony Award winners Stephen Flaherty, Lynn Ahrens, Tom Kitt and Kelli O'Hara as well as fan favorites like Michael Urie and more.
The weeklong intensive culminated with #cometogther, a public showcase performance event at RWS Studios that brought students and their mentors together on stage.
Broadway Dreams will return to New York on November 20 for its annual showcase and will feature its most talented students from across the country, Brazil, and Russia, performing in front of a group of esteemed industry elites. It will be followed with star-studded audience celebration of Tony & Grammy Winner Heather Headley on December 12 at The Plaza.
