Photo Flash: BWW Webseries Partner THE RESIDUALS Wrap Season 2 Featuring Jenna Leigh Green, Horatio Sanz, Michael Torpey

After a successful KickStarter campaign, the hit web comedy THE RESIDUALS has wrapped on its second season, which will debut exclusively on BroadwayWorld early in 2015. The series, created by and starring husband and wife Michael Paul Smith and Gillian Pensavalle, focuses on the unusual world of auditioning for commercials. Season Two features all of the kooky characters from the first season, and will feature Broadway's Jenna Leigh Green (WICKED, TV's SABRINA, THE TEENAGE WITCH), SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE's Horatio Sanz, and commercial icon Michael Torpey.

Pensavalle, who edits the series, thinks that the show's ensemble cast made for a great season. "Having our Season One cast come back felt like we could pick up right where we left off. And I can't say enough about our new additions and guest stars. They absolutely killed it. My biggest challenge these days is not to release any spoilers!"

Smith, who also serves as the show's writer and director, is excited about how Season Two turned out. "I'm ecstatic about Season Two. I think we expanded on the relationships from Season One and got to play even more. Hopefully, we found a balance of focusing on story and character."
