Singer Fantasia Barrino of American Idol fame arrives at Millions of Milkshakes at the Westfield Mall in Century City. A percentage of the shake created by the R&B singer will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of High Point of North Carolina. Barrino rose to fame as the winner of the third season of the singing competition series in 2004.
