Only Make Believe's 14th Annual Gala, "Make Believe On Broadway", hosted by Sir Ian McKellen and honoring Susan Sarandon and Dr. Alex Karp, was held on Monday night, November 4 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theater. Only Make Believe is a non-profit organization that creates and performs interactive theatre for children in hospitals and care facilities. They are dedicated to the principle that freeing a child's imagination is a valuable part of the healing process. Only Make Believe creates and performs interactive theatre for children in hospitals and care facilities throughout New York City and Washington DC and has served over 35,000 children since 1999.
