Sirius Satellite Radio has lined up nonstop Broadway programming for the week of August 29th on its Broadway's Best 77 station, which is "coast-to-coast and commerical-free."

On Wednesday, August 31st, The Producers' Brad Oscar will sit down for a chat on Jason Drew: Lost on Broadway at 1 PM ET; the interview will be rebroadcast on Saturday, September 3rd at 10 PM. Then on Friday, September 2nd, Seth Rudetsky will interview Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Fiddler on the Roof, Hairspray) on the Studio A Cabaret at 9 PM and midnight ET (rebroadcast: Sunday, September 4th at 10 PM).

On Friday, September 2nd at 6 PM, award-winning filmmakers Joel Coen, Ethan Coen and Charlie Kaufman will "bring their quirky drama and savage wit to two original sound plays: Sawbones and Hope Leaves the Theatre. Hear the plays come to life before your ears with actors that include Meryl Streep, Steve Buscemi, Hope Davis, John Goodman and Philip Seymour Hoffman. The dramas are set to the music of Carter Burwell," states a press article.  Theatre of the New Ear will re-air on Saturday, September 3rd at 3 PM and 8 PM, and Sunday September 4th at 3 PM and 8 PM, and Monday, September 5th at 6 PM.

On weekdays, "Broadway's Best On-Air Hosts" broadcast "the greatest showtunes and film soundtracks from yesterday and today." From 7 AM to 1 PM, Christine Pedi ("The Woman of a Thousand Voices" best known from Forbidden Broadway) is featured before Jason Drew, the Broadway Baby, from 1 PM to 5 PM. Theatre historian and journalist Bourne has air time from 5 PM to 7 PM, and Seth Rudetsky, "the Ahmaazing One" is the host with the most from 7 PM to 1 AM.

On Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM, Dueling Divas Pedi and Rudetsky "team up for six hours of Broadway chatter, unvarnished opinion, celebrity guests and your phone calls (1-877-33-SIRIUS)". Saturday Sondheim is held on Saturdays from 4 PM to 6 PM ET, and is "a master class in the work of Broadways greatest living composer; Stephen Sondheim, and postgraduate study of the best of Broadway hosted by Doctor Michael Bourne."  Bourne also hosts Rodgers Rules: The Music of Richard Rodgers on Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM.  "Class is in session as he takes you on a six-hour crash course on the music, life and times of Richard Rodgers. He knows everything, and now, so can you!"
