North Shore Offers Discounted Tix To 'HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2'

In recognition of the challenging economic climate, North Shore Music Theatre is now offering tickets to DISNEY High School Musical 2 starting at just $25 for youth under 18. In addition, all tickets to Opening Night, Friday, December 19th at 8pm, are just $25. (Special ticket prices may not be combined with any other discount and are valid on new purchases only.) DISNEY High School Musical 2 is on stage December 18, 2008, through January 11, 2009.

"Disney High School Musical is a huge phenomenon with kids, but we understand the financial limitations for many families in this challenging economy," said Barry Ivan, NSMT's Artistic Director and Executive Producer and Director/Choreographer for DISNEY High School Musical 2. "In the spirit of the holidays, we have lowered prices to make it affordable for the whole family to enjoy this live stage version of DISNEY High School Musical 2 together.

A fun and fresh new stage version of the record breaking Disney Channel Original Movie, DISNEY High School Musical 2 presents an opportunity for new generations to experience live musical theater. School's out and Troy, Gabriella, and the rest of the East High Wildcats are spending the summer working at the Lava Springs Country Club, owned by Ryan and Sharpay's family. With the club's annual talent show right around the corner, things begin to really heat up when Troy agrees to sing with Sharpay. Will Troy and Gabriella realize that they're meant to be, or is it too late for them to sing one last song together? Complete with electrifying dance numbers and popular songs, DISNEY High School Musical 2 will also feature 10 talented teens from the local community who will perform along with professional actors on the mainstage.
