North American Tour of Disney's NEWSIES Welcomes One Millionth Guest

After playing successful engagements in 42 cities throughout North America since opening in October 2014, the touring production of Disney's NEWSIES welcomed its one millionth guest, Erin Runyon, on January 19 at The Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis.
Erin and her boyfriend, Adam Reckamp, both from St. Louis, were surprised with an upgrade to premium orchestra seats as well as a backstage tour and an invitation to the opening night party, where they met the cast. Erin and Adam have been fans of NEWSIES since first seeing the film in elementary school and gave each other tickets to the stage production for Christmas.
The St. Louis engagement of NEWSIES began on Tuesday, January 19 at The Fabulous Fox Theatre and plays through Sunday, January 31, 2016. Performances run Tuesdays through Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1 p.m. There will also be a 1 p.m. matinee on Thursday, January 28 and a 6:30 p.m. evening performance on Sunday, January 24.
