No Name Comedy Variety Show Slated for Otto's in NYC Tonight
The first set will take place place tonight, August 14th with performers: author / blogger Leighann Lord (co-Host of National Geographic Channel's "Star Talk with Neil deGrasse Tyson!"), Kevin Avery (writer on HBO's "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver"), writer/producer/performer Andrew J. Lederer (The Huffington Post) and Justy Dodge (Comical Radio).
The August 21st show, which is also scheduled to start at 7:00pm, will feature: Frank Conniff (Mystery Science Theater 3000), Marie Faustin (New York City MOTH Story Slam), Dean Massello (Laughing Skull Comedy Festival) and Menuhin Hart (NBC's Stand Up for Diversity). No Name house band "The Summer Replacements" including Carl (BabyFreak) Fortunato and Fernando (Dr. Sandman) Morales Gonzalez will perform a full set of old school R & B, rock covers and original tunes following this show, beginning at 8:30pm.
