Nicole Scherzinger Talks Musicals and Her 'Dream' of Collaborating with Andrew Lloyd Webber

In a recent interview, singer/actress Nicole Scherzinger discussed her musical theatre aspirations, including a collaboration with her former boss, composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Despite a rift between the two artists following her departure from the recent Broadway transfer of Cats to appear on UK X-Factor, Scherzinger told the publication, "It would be a dream to create something original with Andrew."

The singer told the publication that she believes that she has "several" musicals in her.

Scherzinger also appeared this week at the launch of Webber's Unmasked: The Platinum Collection to perform the Cats classic "Memory."

Of being on the album, Scherzinger says, "Andrew's music absolutely influenced me as an artist... It's hard for me to fathom that I'm a part of one of Andrew's career defining albums. That is in itself career defining for me. It's a dream, and a lifelong accomplishment."
