Theatre Recrudescence will present All Fall Down, which is created, developed, and directed by writer/director David Ledoux ( Equus, Out at Sea, You Tell Me) and Allison Smith.  The audience interactive production, which takes place in and around the Milagro Theater at the Clemente Sotovelez Cultural Center (107 Suffolk Street, btw. Delancey and Rivington) and features a cast of over fourteen, begins previews Wednesday, November 29th at 8:00 pm and opens Sunday December 3rd at 8:00 pm.

In All Fall Down, "the Plague is in NYC. Survivors scramble to get the cure, but access has been blocked by four immune people who have taken responsibility for deciding who lives and who dies.  All Fall Down explores how a culture of hysteria in the post 9/11 age can lead us away from the truth and toward the spin, manipulation and rhetoric that comes from trying to prove yourself right," state notes.

"By combining elements of the Avant Garde and mainstream Pop culture, Theatre Recrudescence seeks to take on important social and political issues in a relevant and engaging way.  By doing so, the theater company strives to make theater "a tool that rises beyond escapism, deals with the muck and grit of life; finds the poetry, humor and beauty in the unpleasant and encourages a healthy social discourse," according to press materials."

Performances run Wednesdays through Sundays at 8:00 pm until December 17th.  For reservations and information please call (212) 352-3101 or visit www.theatermania.com.  Visit http://theatrerecrudescence.com/ for more background and ongoing commentary from the creators of the play.
