Strut: The Fashionable Mom Show took place onMonday, September 10th at 7PM in The Tents on The Stage at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center. The show, co-created by Executive Producer Stephanie Winston Wolkoff of SWW Creative and Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein of The MOMS, featured real moms walking the runway in the top contemporary brands to showcase looks that are available in stores now. This season's theme of "Moms on a Mission" was chosen to provide mothers with access to fashion, while celebrating women who are making a difference as CEOs, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs.

The evening began with Stephanie Winston Wolkoff thanking the team of 'Moms on a Mission' who brought the show to life for its second season. Talk show personality Wendy Williams kicked off the show discussing the importance of moms supporting each other and involving their children in their lives. Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein were the first to hit the runway strutting their stuff to the jams of nine-year-old deejay prodigy DJ Fulano.

The moms walking included actress Lisa Rinna, WWE's Stephanie McMahon and Chrysula Winegar of the Million Moms Challenge, along with real life heroes including an aplastic anemia survivor, a public school teacher and a military mom.

"The moms walking the Strut runway were chosen for their extraordinary dedication in their communities and around the world. This fall, we wanted to highlight affordable fashion, philanthropy and motherhood while making the world a better place," said Melissa Gerstein of The MOMS.
