Melissa Errico at Joe's Pub 4/23 and 4/24

Melissa Errico will appear at Joe's Pub on April 23 and 24 at 7:30pm.
The Velour Music Group will release Melissa Errico's new album Lullabies & Wildflowers on April 29th. These two concerts celebrate the release of the CD which was produced and arranged by Rob Mathes. On this occasion Mathes makes a rare appearance as Melissa's musical director and pianist. Errico will perform an eclectic group of songs that reflect the journey of a new mother and are drawn from some of the greatest contemporary composers: Lennon/McCartney, Tom Petty, Judy Collins as well as classics by Sammy Cahn and the Gershwins. Lullabies & Wildflowers also includes several traditional children's melodies and a pair of original tunes, one by Melissa, and one by her singer/songwriter brother Mike Errico. For Melissa, these unique songs function collectively as a set of love letters from a mother to her child with a gently groovy vibe.Videos
