Playwright, Mary Matoula Webb, will direct her new play, Love At Home, presented by the fourteenth annual EstroGenius Festival. The full length play will be performed at TheaterLab on November 6th at 8pm, November 8th at 8pm, November 9th at 3:30pm.

The play follows two sisters from their early teens in the 1990's to their adulthood in the summer after Proposition 8 was passed, as they struggle to find a loving space between faith and family. A challenging play that questions the complexities of a unique religion in the face of massive social change and asks, can a Lesbian and a devout Mormon find love at home and faith in eachother?

The exquisite cast includes Cat Cabral, *Tygar Hicks, Denise Hungerford, Mark Perrone, and Anthony Franqui.

Mary Matoula Webb is an playwright, actor, and director. A San Francisco Bay Area native now living in New York City, she has studied playwriting at ESPA Primary Stages with Heidi Schreck, Rinne Groff, and Brooke Berman and at Foothill College with Carol Wolf. Mary is a member of the Dramatists Guild and founding member of the John Doe Theater Company. Her work has been produced by the Incoming Tide Festival, Theatre 68, The Short Play Lab, and has been performed in acting workshops throughout NYC.
