The full cast and design team has been set for Bernice Bobs Her Mullet, the new musical which will debut at this year's New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF). The musical, written by Joe Major and directed by Andy Sandberg, is based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's popular 1920 story "Bernice Bobs Her Hair," to play six performances at the Julia Miles Theatre (424 West 55th Street) September 19 ? 30.

This fun make-over musical stars Garrett Long as the title character, Nick Cearley, Katrina Rose Dideriksen, Hollie Howard, Gerry McIntyre, Ann Morrison, Brandon Wardell and Lauren Worsham.

"Bernice Bobs Her Mullet tells the story of a young redneck who leaves her Podunk hometown to experience life in the big city... of Little Rock, Arkansas. It isn't long before Bernice discovers the scariest part of urban living... spoiled teenagers! Soon, Bernice gets swept up in the glamour and politics of popularity and learns the hard way that you shouldn't let it go to your head," state press materials.

The design team for Bernice Bobs Her Mullet includes Shea Sullivan (choreographer), Charles Corcoran (scenic design), Herrick Goldman (lighting design), Ryan Rossetto (costume design), Justin Hatchimonji (music director) and Kim Douglas Steiner (music supervisor).

Bernice Bobs Her Mullet will play the following performance schedule: September 19 & 22 at 8PM, September 23 at 1PM, September 25 at 8PM, September 27 at 4:30PM and September 30 at 1PM.
