MUST WATCH VIDEO: Cynthia Rowley Secretly Films Met Gala

Well this is a Met Gala first: designer Cynthia Rowley secretly filmed Monday's Met Gala from her purse and without Anna Wintour's permission!

Rowley stashed a GoPro camera in her clutch and shot the evening through a tiny hole. She then posted a three-minute video on YouTube for all of us to enjoy.

On the video (click below to play!) you will see stars like Hayden Panettiere, Dita Von Teese, Lena Dunham walking on red carpet and inside the Metropolitan Museum.

Sources told PageSix neither Vogue nor the Met had "any idea" what Rowley had planned. I don't know Ms. Wintour personally but I don't think she will be pleased.

Rowley told PageSix, "Everyone was taking photos and videos throughout the night. I wanted to capture the night's energy, glamour and spirit in what I thought was a playful, slightly irreverent and innovative way."
