MIT Musical Theatre Guild Announces Auditions for JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, 6/14 & 6/15

The MIT Musical Theatre Guild has announced that auditions for Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR will be held on Monday, June 14th and Tuesday, June 15th from 7-9pm. The location of the auditions will be announced.

Callbacks will be held on Wednesday, June 16th, beginning at 7pm (actual times will be given to those who are called back).

Bring preferably two 32-bar selections of vocals and accompaniment. The two pieces should be contrasting styles, and you should bring a copy of sheet music for the pianist. One selection is also fine. Come dressed for moderate movement.

JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR will run the weekends of 9/3, 9/10, and 9/17. Email mtg-board@mit.edu or call 617-253-6294 for more information.

MTG is also seeking Superstar directorial staff candidates: Choreographer, Production Stage Manager, Technical Director, Set Designer, Costume Designer, Props Designer, Lighting Designer, Sound Designer, Publicity Manager, Master Carpenter, Sound Engineer, Publicity Designer, Program Designer, Reservations Manager, House Manager and Box Office Manager.
