After being raised on a steady diet of Stevie Wonder, Janis Joplin, Beyonce, and of course, Eggo waffles, New York City's own Lawrence served up Breakfast, its debut album. Produced by Eric Krasno (Lettuce, Soulive), the 12-song LP shot straight to #6 on iTunes R&B and has picked up praise from Baeble, Relix, Popdust, No Country for New Nashville and more for blending old-school classics and new-school vibes.

Led by siblings Clyde and Gracie Lawrence, the robust, keyboard-driven eight-piece has conquered the US, hittingSXSW, Bonnaroo, Wanderlust and more before returning to NYC for its largest hometown show yet @ Central Park Summerstage on 9/7 opening for Vulfpeck and Eric Krasno.

At 22 and 19 (respectively), siblings Clyde and Gracie Lawrence have championed more than just music, racking up an impressive list of credits in both television and film. Clyde is the youngest person to be admitted to theSongwriters' Guild of America (age 6) for his film composition on Miss Congeniality (2000), and Gracie is an accomplished actress, who has performed on Broadway in Neil Simon's Brighton Beach Memoirs, in films such as The Sitter (2011) and TV shows such as The Good Wife (2012).
