Variety reports that theatrical agents Joyce Ketay and Seth Glewen have replaced John Buzzetti as co-heads of the Gersh Agency's theatrical division. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Buzzetti recently left the Gersh Agency to head the theatrical division of the William Morris Agency.

Jessica Amato has been upped to full-time agent, also in the theatrical division, as part of the restructuring.

Ketay, who has been with Gersh since 2006, spent the previous 20 years running her own agency, for which Glewen and Amato worked. She currently reps such talent as Tony Kushner ("Angels in America"), Neil LaBute ("Reasons to Be Pretty") and Glen Berger ("Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark"), Moises Kaufman ("33 Variations"), HAIR director Diane Paulus, and lighting designer Kenneth Posner.

Glewen currently reps scribes Rajiv Joseph ("Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo") and Kia Corthron ("A Cool Dip in the Barren Saharan Crick"), in addition to designers Peter Kaczorowski and Neil Patel.

The Gersh Agency has outfits in New York City and Los Angeles. The New York office is 38 employees deep, including 17 agents and three partners. Established in 1949 by Founder Phil Gersh, over the past 55 years, The Gersh Agency has grown to become one of the most influential talent and literary agencies in the entertainment industry. With 125 employees, 60 agents in both offices,  the company runs six full-service departments including Talent, Feature Literary, TV Literary, Theater, Comedy, and Below-the-Line.
