Jones, Fishburne, Redgrave Among LA Drama Critics Winners

Cherry Jones (Doubt), Laurence Fishburne (Fences), and Lynn Redgrave (Nightingale) were among the best-known names honored at the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards. The award were presented on March 19 at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood. Performance troupe Culture Clash hosted the show, and received the Ted Schmitt Award for their world premiere play, Water and Power. The recipients, awarded for excellence in Los Angeles-era theater over the past year, are as follows.
