John Treacy Egan Celebrates 'ON CHRISTMAS MORNING' at Feinsteins 12/22

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed "Best of New York" by New York Magazine and "an invaluable New York institution" by The New York Post, will continue their 10th Anniversary season with present Broadway's John Treacy Egan, in his debut at the club. Now seen on Broadway as Chef Louis in Disney's The Little Mermaid, John will spend the evening performing a collection of classic favorites, new songs and amusing stories of Christmas past in his new show, "On Christmas Morning," Monday, December 22 at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).

John Treacy Egan's scene-stealing stint as Chef Louis in The Little Mermaid has been called "worth the entire price of admission" by Liz Smith in the New York Post. His recently-released debut solo CD, Count the Stars, features music by new composers like Adam Guettel and Frank Wildhorn as well as classics by Lerner and Loewe and George and Ira Gershwin, among others. Previously, John has thrilled audiences as Max Bialystock, after tackling the roles of Roger DeBris and Franz Liebkind in the Broadway Production of The Producers and can be seen in the film version starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick.

John was part of the original Broadway cast of Jekyll & Hyde and has toured the U.S. and Europe in productions of Kiss Me Kate and Cats. He created roles in Howard Crabtree's When Pigs Fly (RCA Records), and was an original cast member of Batboy: The Musical. In concert he has performed with Josh Groban in The Actor's Fund of America and on the Bravo presentation of Linda Eder In Concert.

FEINSTEIN'S AT THE REGENCY will play Monday, December 22 at 8:30 PM. There is a $40 cover with $60 premium seating and a $25 food and beverage minimum. Jackets are suggested, but not required.
