Explore Talent reports on an exclusive interview that US Weekly had with singer Jessica Simpson, which announced her dramatic loss of baby weight.

The article, "Jessica Simpson Sheds Baby Weight," states that Jessica Simpson got a lot of publicity throughout her pregnancy for putting on what many said to be too much baby weight. However, now the singer and designer can proudly announce that she has shed the majority of her baby weight.

I'm 10 pounds away from my pre-baby size," Simpson told US Weekly in an exclusive interview.

How did she do it? Her motivation was a deal with Weight Watchers, for which Simpson was paid to lose weight, and then appear in advertisements for the weight loss company.

Simpson shares her daily schedule with US Weekly. She eats a Flatout flatbread sandwich with "egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar" and then exercisers by walking with the baby.

"I'm trying to do at least 14,000 steps a day," Simpson said.

Additionally, she meets with her trainer, Harley Pasternak, four times a week for 45-minutes, where she does cardio and circuit training, "that includes dumbbell triceps extensions, hamstring curls and crunches with a medicine ball throw."

Look out for Simpson's Weight Watchers ads that will be released on September 10.
