Jeremy Schonfeld Will Return to 54 Below for One-Night Concert and 88 Stories Launch
Karina Gallagher, Donnie Kehr, and Gussie Schonfeld join the singer-songwriter at the West 54th Street venue.
Billboard-charting singer-songwriter, composer/lyricist, and filmmaker Jeremy Schonfeld returns to New York City on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM for a special one-night-only concert event at 54 Below, located at 254 West 54th Street. Tickets range from $25-$91 and are available through the 54 Below website. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best experience. A food and beverage minimum of $25 per person applies. The evening will also be streamed LIVE worldwide through Live From 54 Below.
The evening marks both Schonfeld's highly anticipated NYC concert return and the official launch of 88 Stories, a new independent creative label dedicated to music, film, theatre, and transformative storytelling experiences. Through artist-owned production and cross-medium development, the company creates emotionally resonant stories designed to connect audiences across stage, screen, and live performance.
Taking audiences on a deep dive into his theatrical, cinematic, and celebrated album work, Schonfeld will perform selections from his feature film The Father Who Stayed, concept albums Drift and Iron & Coal, and favorites from across his catalog, including "House of Love." The evening will also feature songs from Brooklyn to Beacon, 37 Notebooks, and his new album Shades of Grey.
Audiences can expect an intimate, story-driven evening blending theatre, film, and songwriting into one unforgettable live experience.
Schonfeld will be joined onstage by special guests Karina Gallagher (The Wedding Singer at The New London Barn Playhouse), Gussie Schonfeld (The Father Who Stayed, N'Kenge Foundation Showstoppers winner), Donnie Kehr (Jersey Boys, Billy Elliot, The Who's Tommy, Urgent), Max Sangerman (Dead Outlaw, A Beautiful Noise, the Neil Diamond Musical), Melvin Tunstall, III (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), Brook Wood (Season 27 of NBC's The Voice) and the House of Love Choir!.
The band includes musicians Nate Allen (bass), Matt Dickey (guitar and keys), Dan Garcia (guitar), Jay Leslie (saxophone), and David Previ (drums), with Schonfeld on piano and vocals.
The performance follows recent sold-out concerts at The Button Factory in Auckland and the Howland Cultural Center in Beacon, New York.
The June 1 event also serves as the public unveiling of 88 Stories, Schonfeld's newly formed multi-platform creative label developed to unify artist-owned storytelling across music, film, theatre, and live experiences. Designed as both a creative home and production engine, 88 Stories brings together Schonfeld's existing catalog while expanding into future projects that move fluidly across artistic mediums - from albums and films to stage productions, educational programming, and immersive live events.
The company's debut slate includes Schonfeld's award-winning independent musical film The Father Who Stayed, new recordings from upcoming musical and cinematic projects, and future stage and screen adaptations currently in development.
"88 Stories represents the full circle of my creative life," says Jeremy Schonfeld. "It's about ownership, legacy, and building a home for projects that move people - across genres and generations."
Supporting the launch is a strategic leadership team including Michael T. Clarkston, Matthew Gilbert, and Chris Burney.
