Idina Menzel Sings in Provincetown, Aug. 19-20

Fans of Idina Menzel can catch the Tony-winning diva in concert at the Provincetown Theatre in Provincetown, MA on August 19th and 20th at 9 PM.

Menzel, who is currently reprising her star-making (and Tony-nominated) role as Maureen in the upcoming film version of Rent, received the 2004 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her turn as Elphaba in Wicked. Menzel, who is well-known for her belting prowess, played Amneris in Broadway's Aida, and also portrayed Kate in Andrew Lippa's off-Broadway musical The Wild Party. The burgeoning film actress will also be seen in Ask the Dust, starring Colin Farrell and Salma Hayek.
