Hugh Jackman To Star In Movie Musical Adaptation Of "If You Could See Me Now"

"If You Could See Me Now", a novel by Cecelia Ahern has been snatched up by Walt Disney Pictures set to star Hugh Jackman according to Variety. Slated to produce the film are Craig Zadan and Neil Meron who were responsible for CHICAGO. Jackman and John Palermo are also producing.

Jackman will play the imaginary friend of a child being raised by her aunt after being left by her mother. Suddenly, the aunt is able to see Jackman's character and romance begins between them.

The book will be published by Hyperion early next year. In the meantime, Jackman has a busy schedule ahead with the filming of X-Men 3 and a spinoff called "Wolverine"
