Hoffman, Llana & NYC Gay Men's Chorus in 'Spirit of Pride' 6/24 at St. John the Divine

On Wednesday June 24 at 7:30PM, civic and religious leaders will host Spirit of Pride: A Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration, a special interfaith event at The Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, in support of equal rights for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) citizens to commemorate – through words and music – the 40th anniversary of Stonewall.
The event will include special performances from Broadway stars including Jose Llana (…Spelling Bee), comedienne Jackie Hoffman (Xanadu) and The New York City Gay Men's Chorus.Other guests include Assembly Member Daniel O'Donnell and Kevin Jennings, the founder of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network.Admission is free.The Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine is located at 1047 Amsterdam Avenue (at 112th Street), NYC 10025.
