Haband Knit Slacks Win Good Morning America $7 Pants Face-Off

By: Mar. 22, 2013

Haband Company, one of America's oldest direct mail-order companies, announced that one of its products was deemed the winner in a real-world comparison conducted by ABC Television's Good Morning Americareporter, Becky Worley.

GMA called the segment, which aired today on the morning program, the $7 Pants Face-Off. It seemed to be designed to test how Haband's $7 black knit slacks fared against a similar-looking pair of $170.00 work pants from an unnamed "fancy store." Worley and a friend each donned the pants and asked random passers-by in Walnut Creek, California which pair of the two had the higher price tag. The results were surprising, even to Worley: Three out of four people questioned selected the Haband knit slacks as the more expensive of the two.

Haband's model #A06 knit slacks are a perennial best seller for the company. Designed with comfort and value in mind, they are machine washable, easy-care, and never require ironing - qualities that women of any age or size can appreciate. For more information, interested parties can visit www.haband.com or call 1-800-742-2263.

This real-world comparison was entirely unsolicited and Haband Company received no compensation for its products being shown in the segment.
