Grammy Nominated Gustafer Yellowgold Comes to Symphony Space

Two-time GRAMMY Award nominee Morgan Taylor presents a multimedia musical adventure at Symphony Space backed up by his full band. The annual Gustafer Yellowgold Show, which Taylor calls "a highlight of my year," features storytelling, live music, and entrancing colored-pencil animations, telling tales of a friendly creature who came to Earth from the sun and is living an explorer's life in the Minnesota woods.

In addition to its wildly popular family performances, the indie rock Gustafer Yellowgold Show, with its unique all-ages appeal, has been the wild-card opening act for Wilco and The Polyphonic Spree.

A "Just Kidding" audience favorite year after year, the show will include songs and visuals from the newly GRAMMY nominated album Brighter Side and the 2016 nominated album Dark Pie Concerns along with other crowd-pleasing classics. A friendly and full-sized Gustafer costumed character will greet fans after the show.
