Girl in a Coma to Play Free Lincoln Center Concert, 10/25

Girl in A Coma has announced a free concert on Thursday, October 25 at 7:30 PM at Lincoln Center's David Rubenstein Atrium. The show is part of Target Free Thursdays presented by Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and is presented in collaboration with the Independent Music Awards.

The band's music was most recently featured in Stuart Weitzman's new short film series, "Walking After Midnight," which was directed by James Franco and stars model Petra N?mcová. The film will be released in four parts on Stuart Weitzman's Facebook page, www.facebook.com/stuart.weitzman. The first installment premiered exclusively on New York Magazine's The Cut. The Girl in A Coma cover of "Walking After Midnight," which soundtracks the film, first appeared on the album Adventures in Coverland (Blackheart Records).

Girl in A Comawill also kick off their North American Fall tour with Minus the Bear this month in support of their latest album, Exits & All the Rest (Blackheart Records) which was voted one of NPR's Top 50 Albums of 2011. Tour dates are below. Starred performances also feature Cursive and Minus the Bear.
