From Stage to Screen - Meet Taylor Louderman and Alanna Saunders, the Newest Stars of NBC's PETER PAN LIVE!

Variety just revealed that BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL's Taylor Louderman and Alanna Saunders, who recently starred opposite Leslie Uggams in GYPSY at Connecticut Rep, have signed on as 'Wendy Darling' and 'Tiger Lily', respectively, in NBC's upcoming PETER PAN LIVE! Before the ladies head to the TV studio, let's learn about their past roles onstage!


Louderman made her Broadway debut in BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL in 2011. Based on the movie, the musical features libretto by Jeff Whitty, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, music by Tom Kitt and lyrics by Amanda Green. Louderman starred in the lead role of 'Campbell' on tour and on the Great White Way. Below, scroll through photos (by Craig Schwartz) and watch highlights from the production!

At the beginning of September, Louderman performed a mash-up of "Brave" by Sara Bareilles and "Roar" by Katy Perry in 'sMASHed UP' in concert at 54 Below. Check it out below!


This summer, Alanna Saunders starred as 'June' opposite Leslie Uggams in Connecticut Rep's GYPSY. Check out a photo of her onstage, plus an interview with her below, featuring her performance of "If Mama Were Married" with Amandina Altomare as 'Louise'!


For NBC's PETER PAN LIVE!, GIRLS star Allison Williams will play the title role, while Oscar winner and Emmy and Tony nominee Christopher Walken will star as the villainous Captain Hook. Christian Borle will play both Smee, the dastardly right-hand to Captain Hook, as well as George Darling, the no-nonsense father of the Darling children, with Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara taking on the role of Mrs. Darling.

NBC's PETER PAN LIVE!, the network special from executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, will air on December 4. Preparing to sprinkle fairy dust across America, NBC presents a bold new LIVE television production of the classic Broadway musical that will gather friends, families and anyone who refuses to ever grow up.

Following in the footsteps of the phenomenally successful THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE! -- which drew over 18 million viewers -- comes this musical masterpiece that tells the beloved story of Peter Pan, the mischievous little boy who ran away to Neverland.
