EDINBURGH 2017: BWW Q&A- Elixir

Tell us a bit about Elixir.
Elixir is a comedy circus show that follows three foolish scientists in their attempts to create the elixir of life. There are zombies, flips and lots of semi naked acrobats.
What sets Elixir apart from other circus shows at the Fringe?
It's a fully narrative circus show, with a cohesive story from start to finish that's hilarious and plays out like a film.
The show is also just such a laugh - it's really nice to be a part of.
Why bring it back to Edinburgh?
Elixir debuted in Edinburgh last year and the show absolutely killed it. With that insane response - we just couldn't resist coming back.
We also couldn't wait to have the opportunity to come back and play in a bigger venue.
Who would you recommend Elixir to?
We get a fair few hens nights and people just out for a drink. It's a great start to a night out!
What do you hope audiences will take away from it?
We hope everybody will leave the theatre with a genuine sense of joy and happiness. If this can continue into their lives, that is all I hope for.
Timings and ticket information for Elixir are available on the edfringe website.
