Diane Von Furstenberg Announces DVF Awards and Voting For People's Voice Nominee

This morning, Diane Von Furstenberg announced the 2019 People's Voice Award nominees, one of five honors that will be recognized at the 10th annual DVF Awards on April 11. Each year, Diane nominates four extraordinary and courageous women who are dedicated to transforming the lives of others and enlists the public to help vote for a winner. Voting is now LIVE on DVFAwards.com and will remain open until March 24 when the winner will be selected.

Since founding the DVF Awards a decade ago, Diane has been steadfast in her efforts to recognize and support women who are making an impact. von Furstenberg has always been an advocate for female empowerment and mentorship and has made it her mission to provide these trailblazing women with the resources they need to further their work. This year, the four People's Voice Awards nominees are creating lasting change across the globe for homeless and low-income women, sexual assault survivors, formerly incarcerated women, and aiding in the documentation of human rights violations.

The DVF Awards were created in 2010 and are dedicated to recognizing and honoring five inspiring women who have demonstrated leadership, strength and courage in their commitment to women's causes. Each honoree receives $50,000.
